I’m usually pretty picky when it comes to shirts with typography, but this shirt just oozes fresh and good vibes. photo-4 photo-2photo-9photo-11

It’s easy to get caught up in the rhythm and motions of life. All these little ups and downs we go through can sometimes detract our attention from truly appreciating the big picture and the sheer beauty that is our existence. Oftentimes, I find that life’s tribulations tend to present themselves as much larger issues than they really are. It’s just the most natural and easy way our minds can process our daily lives, but, when you think about it, how important is it that you yell at the driver who just cut you off on the freeway or get frustrated that your waiter got your order wrong? In the end, this mindset only serves to fill yourself with negativity with no forward growth.

Just think about all the people who don’t even have a car and have to walk miles and miles just to get to school or work, or perhaps the people who can’t even afford to eat out let alone put food on the table for their families. What good will it do if you allow yourself to feel upset and angry at the world because of such little things in light of all of this? As for me, I find myself feeling much more relaxed, at ease, and just plain happier every day by just being in the mindset of understanding what is worth getting worked up over and what I should just simply be appreciative of in my life.

So if you find yourself getting in the habit of negativity, just stop and smell the roses for a bit. Life is a lot less stressful once you step back and start practicing positivity. 🙂
